Do you rent dresses?

No, we do not offer dress rentals. However, we have a wide variety of inventory available for purchase at accessible prices, ensuring you’ll find the perfect dress for your special occasion.

What services do you offer for quinceañeras, brides, and special events?

We offer exclusive dresses, crowns, personalized toasts, invitations, and much more to make your celebration truly unforgettable.

How far in advance should I book my appointment or dress?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 3 days in advance.
To reserve your dress, you may pay the full amount or make a 50% deposit.

Do you offer dress alterations or adjustments?

Yes, we provide alteration and tailoring services to ensure your dress fits perfectly.

Can I rent a dress or are they only for sale?

At Glamour Is You, all dresses are for sale only. We do not offer rentals.

What does your image consulting or personal shopper service include?

Our experienced team will help you select the perfect dress based on your body shape, skin tone, and personal style, and recommend accessories to enhance your overall look.

Do you offer suits or clothing for men?

Yes, we offer elegant suits for men, perfect for any special occasion.

Do you sell accessories and outfit complements?

Yes, we carry a curated selection of accessories: necklaces, earrings, clutches, shoes, crowns, hairpieces, and gloves to complete your look.

Can I shop online or only in person at the boutique?

We currently sell exclusively at our boutique. Visit us to enjoy the full Glamour Is You experience.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges outside our store policy.

For gala dresses, you have 15 to 20 days to pick up your order after arrival. If not collected, the dress will be returned to inventory without refund or exchange.

Exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase and must be for an item of equal or greater value.

We do not place special orders for items not currently available in the boutique.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
